Continuing its hard work in the classroom, Santa Clara's men s outdoor track, women s golf, women s rowing, women s tennis, women s outdoor track, and women s water polo teams were all recognized by the NCAA as recipients of the organization's Public Recognition Awards for academic achievement. The NCAA released the APR recognition by highlighting teams that demonstrated a commitment to academic progress and retention of student-athletes by achieving the top APR scores within their respective sports. Specifically, these six teams posted multi-year APRs in the top 10 percent of all squads in each sport. Also, men s basketball recorded the highest four-year average APR for the West Coast Conference.
